Tax Planning Through Change in Domicile
If you are a New Jersey resident, you may or may not know that, in addition to state income taxes, New Jersey is one of a number of states that also impose a state estate tax, as well as a state death or inheritance tax. Consequently, if you are a New Jersey resident and you want to reduce your potential tax liability, becoming a resident of Florida can help you do that. But it's not an easy process.Read More
